Piecefolio is operated by Adam Allcock in New York, United States. The public service uses Cloudflare Pages, Cloudflare Email Routing, and Cloudflare Web Analytics. It has no user accounts, checkout, wish lists, or behavioral advertising.
Information the public service may handle

Information we do not need
The phase-one service has no account, checkout, payment, order, return, wish list, or personal collection. Piecefolio should not receive card details, merchant passwords, tax records, or other payment data. Do not include sensitive personal information in a contact message unless it is necessary for a rights or legal request.
Cookies and local storage
Piecefolio does not intentionally set analytics or advertising cookies. Cloudflare describes Web Analytics as privacy-first, collecting performance measurements without collecting or using visitors' personal data or tracking people across customer sites. If the site later adds non-essential cookies or a different analytics service, this notice and any required consent controls will be updated.
Affiliate links and third parties
A merchant or affiliate network may receive the ordinary information sent when you follow an external link, plus an affiliate or sub-ID parameter. Their sites, cookies, payments, and data practices are governed by their own policies. Piecefolio does not control those services.
The public site should not send contact-message content or private source materials to merchants, analytics providers, or AI services merely because they are available.
Service providers
Cloudflare hosts and secures the site, provides aggregate Web Analytics, and forwards messages sent to Piecefolio email addresses. Amazon operates the initial affiliate programme. Official manufacturers and retailers operate the other outbound shopping destinations. Each provider handles data under its own terms and privacy notice.
Use, sharing, and sale
Information should be used to operate, secure, understand, and improve the service; respond to messages; prevent abuse; and measure affiliate outcomes. The project does not plan to sell personal information or use it for cross-site behavioral advertising.
Limited service providers may process data on the operator’s behalf, and information may be disclosed when required to protect rights, security, users, or comply with law. The final public notice must name material providers where appropriate.
Retention and security
Contact messages are retained only as long as reasonably needed to respond, document corrections or rights requests, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations. Cloudflare and affiliate reporting data follow the providers' retention controls and policies. Access to the operator's mail and provider dashboards is restricted.
No internet service can promise absolute security. The project will minimize collected data, restrict access, and avoid putting credentials or sensitive submissions into public source files.
Children and regional rights
The service is a general-audience shopping and research guide, not a service directed to children. Depending on where you live, privacy law may provide rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to, or receive a copy of personal information.
